Returns
- Eligibility and Return Window
- You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging with tags intact, and include all accessories and documentation
- Return Options
- Refund to original payment method: We’ll process the refund once your return is received and approved; funds typically appear within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
- Exchange: You can swap for a different item of the same initial value, subject to availability.
- How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team at help@yomzy.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- We will email you a Return Authorization (RA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include any provided RA number/form, and affix the return label.
- Our support team will contact you with details of the carrier.
- Return Shipping & Restocking
- Domestic returns: We provide prepaid return shipping on defective items or if we shipped the wrong product. For other returns (e.g., change of mind), a flat AED XX (or equivalent) return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- International returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or the product is defective.
- Processing Time
- Once your return is received, we inspect it within 3 business days and notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are processed promptly and credited to the original payment method.
- Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.
- Please do not send damaged items back without first receiving instructions from our support team.
