Terms of Service

1. Who we are
These terms govern your purchase of products from yomzy.ae, operated by
YOMZY Pet Nutrition and Petcare FZ-LLC (details in the Legal Notice). By
placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Scope
These terms apply to consumer orders for delivery within the UAE. Wholesale and
trade orders are governed by our separate Trade Terms.

3. Orders and contract formation
Product listings are an invitation to order, not an offer. A contract is formed only
when we confirm dispatch of your order. We may decline or cancel an order before
dispatch, including where the item is unavailable or a price or description was
published in error. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment
Prices are in UAE Dirhams and exclude VAT. Delivery charges are shown at
checkout before you pay. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
Where you pay through a third-party provider such as Tabby, that provider's terms
also apply to your instalments.

5. Products
Product images are illustrative. Formulations and packaging may be updated by the
manufacturer. Feeding guidance on our site is general information only and is not
veterinary advice; consult a veterinarian about your animal's specific needs.

6. Delivery, risk and ownership
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on
delivery. Ownership passes once we have received payment in full.

7. Returns
Your rights to return, exchange or cancel are set out in our Return & Exchange
Policy and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.

8. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for activity
under your account. We may suspend an account where there is evidence of fraud
or misuse.

9. Liability
We are liable for loss caused by our failure to meet our obligations under these
terms and under UAE law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where
the law does not permit it, and any term that conflicts with UAE consumer
protection legislation does not apply.

10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies
to that order.

11. Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If we cannot
resolve a complaint, you may escalate it through the consumer protection channels
of the UAE Ministry of Economy or your local Department of Economic
Development.

12. Language
These terms are published in Arabic and English. In the event of any discrepancy,
the Arabic version prevails.
