Shipping Policy

1. Where we deliver
Across all seven Emirates. We do not currently ship outside the UAE.

2. Order processing
Orders placed before [12:00] on a business day are processed the same day. Orders
placed after that, or on [Friday–Saturday] and public holidays, are processed the
next business day.

3. Delivery timeframes

Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain: [1–2] business days
Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah: [2–3] business days

Timeframes are estimates from dispatch, not guarantees, and may be affected by
weather, holidays or courier delays.

4. Delivery charges
Free delivery on orders over AED 150. Below that, a delivery charge of AED 15
applies and is shown at checkout before payment. We reserve the right to change
this rate at anytime.

5. Tracking
You receive tracking details by email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

6. Receiving your order
Someone aged 18 or over must be available to receive the order. Please check your
order on delivery — damage, shortages and incorrect items must be reported
within 48 hours (see Return & Exchange Policy).

7. Failed deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed, our courier will make one further attempt. If it
still cannot be completed, the order is returned to us and refunded less the delivery
and return costs actually incurred.

8. Storage on arrival
Please store products as instructed on the pack. Food left in direct sun or in a
vehicle after delivery may spoil, and this is not covered by our returns policy.
